Below are a few sample projects that we have worked on:-

Project Two:-

Build new Garage and Workshop - Building project
Design brief:-
  • Demolish old garage and shed then re-site and rebuild the new larger garage in place.
    		•

  • Existing garage and shed before demolition
    		•
  • Having taken down the old buildings and install a hoarding to fence off the rear ally, we set out the new garage and poured the foundations then started the ground works.
    		•

  • We now built up the two skins to Damp proof level in engineering bricks.
    		•
  • After finishing the sub wall to DPC level we prepared the inside of the garage for the concrete base.
    		•

  • The concrete base has now been poured and the walls are starting to go up.
    		•
  • This picture shows the wall to about 5 foot in height, clearly showing the two windows and side door emerging.
    		•

  • This shows the front of the garage and the side window. We designed the building with this angled front corner to make the building seem smaller and not so imposing on the garden.
    		•
  • This shows the inside of the garage / workshop from the front. The hoarding has done its job by securing the rear of the building until the wall was built up and will now be taken down so work can continue.
    		•

  • This shows the internal dividing wall in the building making a separate area within the garage / workshop.
    		•
  • The walls are now high enough for some of the door / window lintels to be installed.
    		•

  • The walls are now finished and ready for the roof.
    		•
  • This shows the roof trusses in place ready for the fiber glass roof to be installed.
    		•

  • The fascia boards guttering and fiber glass roof have now been installed to make the building water tight.
    		•
  • UPVC windows / doors / electrics / alarm and finally the garage door have been fixed into position ready for the garages final render coat.

    The garage is now complete having been rendered and painted.
