Design brief:-
  • This was part of a renovation and conversion project that we carried out. We had to make a new entrance into the new downstairs bathroom that we created and plastered it out
    		•

  • Here you can see the wall in the hall way before we made the bathroom entrance through it
    		•
  • Having made the entrance in the wall, installing a lintel and door frame we then plaster boarded over the lintel and rendered the wall ready for plastering
    		•

  • Finally we skimmed the room and the wall back then trimmed the frame with architrave
    		•
  • This is another shot of the room having been skimmed and the new toilet suite installed
    		•
